Shipping:

Once a payment is made, we ask customers to indicate whether they require delivery or pickup. Items that require delivery are usually shipped by next business day, two days most depending on location.

What can be returned?

  • Most items in original, unused, and undamaged condition within 7 days of purchase.

  • Printer ribbons can be returned within 2 days with unopened packaging.

How to initiate a return:

  2. Have your order number and details of the return item(s) ready.

  3. We'll guide you through the process, including courier details and return shipping instructions.

Return shipping:

  • You'll cover the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or due to our error.

  • Pack the item(s) back into their original packaging securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Exceptions:

  • Software purchases are final after activation code issuance or download to PC.

  • Special promotions or clearance sales may have different return policies, clearly communicated at purchase.
