Can I come in and look at an item before purchasing?We operate a webstore, so ALL our products can be seen on our website. If you need additional information that is not available on our website, you can send us a request via email, Instagram or WhatsApp and we'll provide the details.

I reside outside of Kingston, how will I get my order if I make a purchase online?Out of town orders are delivered by TARA courier service or any courier of the customer's choice, once they can pickup from Immaculate.

How long after purchasing will I get my order?Orders are usually sent out the same day once funds are reflected in our account. However, based on the time of day the courier may not always be able to deliver items on the same day. Orders are usually filled within 1-2 working days.

What's the process for making a payment?Payment can be done via online transfer or direct deposit. Banking details are on your quotation. If You do not have a quotation you can select online transfer at check out and you will see the banking details for payment.

What are the payment types you accept?The preferred payment methods are Online transfer VISA Mastercard KEYCARD Debit Card Direct deposit. Cash *accepted for some orders in office*. Lynk POS in office Custom Payment links PayPal

I have made a payment online, whats the next step?If a online transfer or direct deposit is done for an order, you are required to send a copy of the transaction details to sales@immaculatepcja.com and indicate if delivery or pickup is required.

I don't have an NCB account, can I still do a online transfer?Yes, you can do online transfer from any of the major banks in Jamaica to NCB. However, cross bank transfers are not reflected until the end of day and in some cases the next business day.

Do you accept Cheques?No, we do not accept cheques based on changes made by our financial institution the process to lodge cheques and the time cheques take to clear.

I made a payment in office but did not receive a receipt, why is that?All receipts are in customers account on our website. Once logged in customers can view and download ALL their receipts.

How do I go about getting a quotation?Log on to our website, Select the items interested in purchasing and add them to your cart, go to checkout and you will see the option to download quotation. You will have the option to download a PDF quote for the items in your cart.

I plan on coming into the office, is there anything I need to do before doing so?Yes, call ahead and make arrangement first. Our office is used for pickup and drop offs. So we recommend calling ahead and setting a time when you or somone on your behalf will be coming in to conduct business.
